Shipping and delivey

We offer Post mail and Multicourier services (Fedex, UPS, TNT Express)
Multicourier services offer the best courier company rate for each destination and parcel weight and measures. But we can’t know before pickup what is the definitive courier company. When pickup is done we will know the company and tracking info, and then will proceed to update the purchase info.
If for some reason customer needs to specify the courier company please contact us before purchase to find the rate with your prefered courier company.

The registered post mail services is usually the cheaper option.

Since 2020 many post mail companies services times increased a lot. Also increased considerably the lost parcel rate, still low but increased a bit. The claim process for delay or lost parcels with post mail can be long.

Multicourier services are more expensive (tariff cost and customs) but are quicker and safer.

Customer must know what means each service and choose knowing that.

There is also the option of collect locally in our Barcelona address.

Payment

Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, Credit Card as instant payment.
Wire transfer is available but takes some days to be effective.

Delivery times

The products will start shipping process 24h after the payment. 
When wire transfer option is selected we will dispatch when the  total amount arrives to the target bank. 
The times of a transfer within the EU banks are between 2 and 5 days approximately. Outside the EU the time will be between 10 and 15 days depending on the country. 
Once the item is shipped the customer will be emailed with shipping information, company and tracking number. 

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Use the checkout process of the Enlo1 shopping cart for complete the order.
If you want a custom order or service not listed at the store we can close the process via email or create one custom item at store and the you can finish the purchase. Any custom situation write us.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel the order before check out process, of course. If the shipping option is collect in our installations will be easy to cancel and refund if necessary. Also if payment method is wire transfer you can send the cancel request before send the transference.
For Paypal, Credit Card or another instant electronic method you must write us as soon as possible to avoid to dispatch the parcel.
If customer send us the cancel request after dispatch they must be resposible for all cost related to shipping and return.

Order tracking

After parcel dispatch you will receive the tracking number of the shipping company.
You can trace the parcel with the tracking number at the company site.

Return policy

We have a 10-day, return policy. If you are not pleased with the products, contact with Enlo1 for open the return task issue and receive the return instructions.

Repack it using the supplied packaging material and return it for the product price refund excluding any shipping or custom charges. This must be done within 10 days and the products must be in new condition when received by us and with the original packaging materials.

Please do not abuse this policy by purchasing products that you intend to return.

Customer is responsible of the return shipping service and parcel insurances. If the item is damaged or parcel is lost customer must manage and claim to the shipping company used for the return process.

 

Remember use of the original packaging, and repack with care and attention to avoid problems or damages during travel.

Once product arrived and check all is OK we will proceed with the product price refund.

 

 

If there is some parcel or product damaged when arrives.

If customers find any damage at the box, packaging or the product itself that is caused during shipping will require communication of incidence within 5 days of receipt. If you pass the 5 days we can not claim the insurance offered by the carrier. 
   

Warranty and service

Warranty conditions

New products have a warranty period of two years (repair or replacement).

Used products are covered with 3 months. The used gear is tested before shipping. We recommend to use and test the used products as soon as possible because we have here a limited time to claim to the shipping company if something goes wrong due to transport.

The electronic parts and components are excluded of the warranty terms. Customer must handle and use the parts and components with care and professional skills.

We always recommend that any part or component used for repair or upgrades must be done by qualified technician.

Not covered any damage, modification or accident by improper use of the product. Any modification will void the warranty agreement.

Service options

For repairs under in or out of warranty time

There is two options for repairs under warranty time.

1- You can contact us for a recommend service nearest of your place. During the warranty time we will cover the service cost and parts if proceed with the warranty requeriments.

2- Another option, we offer our place for warranty services, customer will pay the sending cost and Enlo1 will cover the return shipping (custom taxes and fees not covered)

For that reason we recommend option 1 for outside EU selling.

If the service is out of warranty, we send a previous quotation. Once accepted the quotation and payment is completed we will proceed with the repair and shipping. The services have a 3 month warranty time, and is related to the serviced area or components.
